Our Story
We’re passionate about working with small business owners and start-ups to help them set up systems and processes to make their day-to-day administration run more smoothly — or taking care of it for them entirely.

Michael and Wendy are the founders of Radiance Services Group. Since 2015, we have been delivering administration-related services both onsite and online.
With a background in Office Administration, Marketing and IT, Michael leads on Systems, Productivity, Project Management, Operations and Sales. Wendy backs the agency with Content Creation, Copywriting, Scripts, Ad Copy and Content Marketing — drawing on her background in Marketing and Education.
Our back office team includes Graphic Designers, Animators, Social Media Managers, Bookkeepers, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Website Designers, Web Developers and Mobile App Developers.
